| Key Responsibilities |
| The Chief of Police is responsible for planning, directing and managing all functions of the Police Department including patrol operations, criminal investigations, budgeting, personnel supervision, training and community relations. The Chief will work closeley with city leadship, staff and the public to provide prefessional law enforcement services. Sueprvise and lead department personnel Manage department budget Ensure compliance with state and federal laws Promote positive community policing efforts Coordinate emergency response and interagency cooperation Maintain records, reports, and department standards Advise city administration on public safety matters. |
