Minimum Requirements
Must be 21-45 years old.
Must be able to pass written test, physical agility testing, background investigation and all statutory requirements for Oklahoma Peace Officers.
Key Responsibilities
Patrol assigned area of City and enforce state and federal laws and City ordinances and traffic laws.
Respond to crime and accident scenes; search for and preserve evidence; investigate and interview victims, witnesses and potential suspects; apprehend those suspected of crimes; make oral and written reports; provide testimony in court.
Must demonstrate proficiency with firearms and with physical defense techniques to defend self and others.
Exercise sound judgment, professionalism, integrity, and interact with community members on a regular basis.
Salary/ Compensation
Starting base pay is $24.19 per hour.
