Must be currently CLEET certified as a full-time peace officer
At least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Valid Oklahoma driver's license
Legally eligible to possess and carry a firearm
Successfully pass a comprehensive background investigation
Successfully complete an and pass an MMPI psychological evaluation
Ability to work in a small-town environment
Key Responsibilities
Patrol the Town of Sperry and respond to calls for service
Enforce state laws and municipal ordinances
Conduct traffic enforcement and crash investigations
Investigate criminal activity and prepare reports
Make arrests and complete required documentation
Conduct proactive patrol and crime-prevention activities
Assist neighboring agencies when necessary
Participate in community events and public-safety initiatives
Maintain positive relationships with residents, businesses, and community partners
Salary/ Compensation
$45,000 – $47,840 annually
