| -CLEET certification preferred but not required -Must be over 21 years of age -Have a valid Oklahoma driver's license with a good driving record -Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent -Be of good moral character, no felony convictions, have not been the respondent of a permanent protective order, and/or convicted of crimes of moral turpitude. -Pass a thorough background check -Meet all CLEET requirements -Minimum requirement of 12 hours per month |

| All authority and related responsibility granted to peace officers under Oklahoma law to serve the needs of the citizens, visitors and travelers to and through the Town of Kiefer. |

| Reserve Officer is an inherently volunteer position designed to supplement and/or augment the full-time officers of the department, however, compensation is provided when covering open shifts. |
