Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old, clear a background check, have a HS diploma or GED, valid Driver's License.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain security and control within the facility
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety of staff and inmates
- Monitor inmate activities and behavior, promptly addressing any potential issues
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline
- Conduct searches of inmates, cells, and common areas for contraband
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and inmate behavior
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure effective communication and teamwork
Salary/ Compensation
Based on Experience
$1000.00 a month Safety Incentive
Longevity Pay starting at $250.00 per month
