| Key Responsibilities |
| This position is specifically for extraditions which involves the transport of prisoners from various locations throughout the state. Out-of-state and overnight travel will be required also. Must possess the ability to demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills with an emphasis on data entry and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. A Judicial Services deputy is required to read and comprehend all types of legal documents. Examples of such documents are summons, evictions, child pick-up orders, and personal property replevins. All documents must be executed and returned, as defined by Oklahoma State Law, in a timely manner. Additionally, deputies must show the ability to communicate effectively with all citizens and be able to occasionally speak in a public forum in order to conduct court ordered property sales. |
