Minimum Requirements
Must be 21 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid Oklahoma Drivers License.
Ability to meet all requirements established by the Oklahoma Council on Law Enforcement and Training (CLEET).
No felony convictions
Strong communication skills, Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and emergency calls.
Preferred Qualifications: Current CLEET certification.

Key Responsibilities
Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect criminal activity.
Respond to calls for service, emergencies, and citizen requests.
Conduct traffic enforcement and investigate traffic collisions.
Investigate criminal offenses and gather evidence.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain detailed records.
Make arrests and testify in court proceedings as required.
Assist citizens and provide public safety education.
Operate police vehicles, communications equipment, and law enforcement technology.
Work cooperatively with neighboring law enforcement agencies and emergency responders.
Participate in community policing initiatives and public outreach programs.
Salary/ Compensation
Hourly rate of pay $15.00 *$16.00 hourly rate after 90 days.
