Captain Robert Wasoski

- Robert Wasoski is a highly experienced law enforcement professional with over 30 years of service, specializing in training, SWAT operations, and personnel management. Currently serving as Captain of Training and SWAT at the Moore Police Department, he assists in officer training and serves as Assistant Commander of the SWAT team, bringing over 23 years of leadership experience.
- From 2020 to 2023, he was the Coordinator for the Basic Peace Officer Certification Academy at Moore Norman Technology Center, overseeing the day-to-day operations, cadet welfare, recruitment, and testing. Previously, as a Sergeant in both the Support Bureau (2013-2020) and Operations Bureau (2001-present), he led department training, recruitment, and career development efforts, while also supervising officers in the field and responding to critical incidents. Earlier in his career, as a Police Officer from 1992 to 2001, he conducted patrols, investigations, and traffic enforcement, ensuring public safety and responding to emergencies.
