Pursuant to  74 O.S. § 9210, internet service providers are required to submit to the OBO the same data as reported to the FCC pursuant to the federal Broadband Deployment Accuracy and Technological Availability Act, 47 U.S.C., Section 641 et seq.

Providing this data helps ensure the most current and accurate information is used in the Oklahoma Broadband Office Map.

For the required data submission for 2024, please report all data in the same format as provided to the FCC from July 2024 through the end of calendar year 2024.

The data must be submitted by April 30, 2025. Until the portal is functional, please submit data via zip file and address any questions to maps@broadband.ok.gov.

NOTE: This annual reporting requirement is separate from ongoing grant processes.
