With the pandemic taking place when the 2019 tax returns were originally due, if you need to change or amend a 2019 Oklahoma State Income Tax Return to receive a refund, you have until July 17, 2023, to do it.
In most circumstances the amount of time you have to file an amended return is within three years from the original filing deadline.
