CITIES RECEIVE $203.3 MILLION
COUNTY RETURNS TOTAL $36.4 MILLION
The December 8, 2025 distribution of sales tax collections by the Oklahoma Tax Commission primarily represents local tax receipts from October business. Companies that remit more than $2,500 monthly in sales tax receipts are required to file and pay electronically. The monies they reported this period represent sales from October 16th to 31st and estimated sales from November 1st to the 15th.
The disbursement of $203,398,649 in sales tax collections returned to the cities and towns reflected a decrease of $7,231,736 from the $210,630,385 distributed to them in December last year. The use tax disbursement to cities and towns was $56,433,502.
In county returns, the counties shared in a $36,438,582 sales tax disbursement and $10,854,610 in a use tax disbursement.
