The payment deadline for 2020 individual and business income taxes, and first quarter 2021 estimated income tax payments is June 15, 2021. The IRS extended the federal deadline for Oklahomans as a result of the historic February winter storms. Following the announcement from the IRS, the Oklahoma Tax Commissioners elected to adjust the state payment deadline from April 15 to June 15 for all individuals that reside or own a business in Oklahoma.
