Oklahoma Tax Commission Chairman Clark Jolley submitted his resignation to Governor Stitt Friday, effective November 1, 2021.
Jolley has served on the Oklahoma Tax Commission for four and a half years. During his tenure the Tax Commission achieved great strides by improving efficiency and transparency, and strengthened customer service with an enhanced 24/7 online environment. Under Commissioner Jolley, the OTC pioneered a new robust anti-fraud system, and saved significant taxpayer dollars by cutting its permanent real estate costs while improving the internal culture for employees.
