The Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle, Dismantler, and Manufactured Housing Commission collects and stores the following personally identifiable information: name, date of birth, Social Security number, driver's license number, and financial statements. The data is stored in a database that is secured by OMES and paper records are stored in files under confidential record sheets in a secured location. Financial statements, Social Security numbers and driver's license numbers are not deemed public record.
