We are excited to announce the new dealer/licensing portal is now live and available for you to renew your 2024-2025 license.
Benefits of using the online portal include renewing online for quicker processing times, printing copies of your license, managing salespersons, applying for additional locations and more.
Online Renewal Instructions
Important: Do not select Activate Now and create a new profile. Your profile has already been created for you. Select Forgot Password.
To sign into the portal, select forgot password and use your email address that is currently on file with our office You will receive a temporary password by email. Once you login with the temporary password, you will set your security questions and new password.

If you have multiple licenses under one email, to manage each license, select the business you want to manage. To change businesses, on the left-hand menu choose select business and choose the business to manage.
Once the business you are renewing has been selected, navigate to the left-hand menu. If the business has currently registered salespersons, see instructions below. If the business does not have active salespersons, skip to the Dealer Renewal Instructions:
Dealers with Salespersons or Cardholders Instructions:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Before beginning the renewal process, review all salespersons/cardholders by navigating to the left-hand menu and selecting add/terminate salespersons/cardholder and then click start. All active salespersons/cardholders will automatically renew, and you will be charged to renew all active salesperson/cardholders with the business renewal. Salesperson/Cardholders that are no longer employed need to be terminated before the business renewal is started, so they do not automatically renew. To terminate salesperson/cardholders go to the add/terminate salespersons/cardholders tab and click start. On that page is a add new option, click add new. The next screen will show action with a drop-down menu. Select terminate. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
Renewal Instructions:
After logging into the portal navigate to the left-hand menu choose Step 3 – Complete License/Renewal Application. Under the Approved Licenses heading, select start renewal. Follow the prompts to complete the renewal process. Payment must be made in order for the renewal to be submitted and processed. Once the renewal has been received, processed, and approved, you will receive and email to login into the portal and print your 2024-2025 license.
