Public Comment

The public comment period for OSAC's proposed permanent rules begins on November 2nd, 2026, and closes at 5 p.m. December 2nd, 2026. Interested persons can submit data, views or arguments, in writing online at below on the comment form or by email at info@osac.ok.gov or orally at 405-426-8033 (Leave it as a message.)

Public Hearing

A public hearing will be held to provide an opportunity for persons to present their views regarding the proposed rulemaking action.  Each person will be allowed a maximum of 5 minutes to speak.  All persons attending must sign the roster.  The hearing will be held on December 3rd 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Oklahoma State Athletic Commission, located at 5350 S. Western Ave 7th floor conference room, Oklahoma City, OK 73109.
