December renewals have until January 31st at 5:00 PM to submit renewals without penalty. If you are unable to login to the new License Portal or Business Portal, please e-mail renew@orec.ok.gov.  

 

The Commission office building has limited access to the public. For faster service, please email your name, license number and question/issue to help@orec.ok.gov. We will prioritize email submission over phone calls due to limited staff on site.

For faster service, please request all changes through the License Portal.

All paper and e-mailed requests will be processed secondary to online requests through the License Portal. Completed forms can be e-mailed to help@orec.ok.gov for processing.
