This license allows a person to enter into a consumer litigation funding agreement with a consumer. 

This license allows a business to work with individuals to improve their credit history, record or rating, or to obtain an extension of credit for those individuals. Also, the business may provide advice or assistance with regard to credit issues.

“Health spa" means and includes any person, firm, corporation, organization, club or association engaged in a program of physical exercise, which includes the use of one or more of a sauna, whirlpool, weight-lifting room, massage, steam room, or exercising machine or device, or exercise rooms, or engaged in the sale of the right or privilege to use exercise equipment or facilities, such as a sauna, whirlpool, weight-lifting room, massage, steam room or exercising machine or device or exercise rooms.

Person other than a supervised financial organization or licensed supervised lender engaged in making consumer credit sales, consumer leases or consumer loans in the state of Oklahoma OR Persons with an office or place of business in Oklahoma that take assignments of and undertake direct collection of payments from or enforcement of rights against debtors arising from consumer credit sales, consumer leases or non-supervised consumer loans.

Definitions:

·         allows payments on purchases or services to be made in four or more installments
·         assesses a finance charge or late charge on accounts
·         arranges financing by assignment of a sales contract to a financial institution

This license allows a person to be engage in the business of making small loans in this state if the person regularly makes loans for a fee or induces a consumer, while located in this state, to enter into a small loan in this state through the use of facsimile, telephone, Internet or other means. 

This license allows a business to take goods of value on receipt from the public, making loans against them as security. The goods are then held for a fixed length of time for the buyer to repurchase, or then may be sold outright.

This license allows a business which has a permanent location in Oklahoma to take, receive, or transfer USED precious metals or gems in the course of business. Precious metals are Platinum, Gold, or Silver, but not in the form of coins. Gems are precious stones or items containing precious stones. The licensee can conduct business only at the location listed on the license.

This license allows a business to contract with individuals to provide the use of personal property for personal, family or household use in return for compensation. The initial period of agreement is 4 months or less: renewal with each payment thereafter. The renewal with additional payments allows the consumer to become the owner of the property.

This license allows a lender, as a business, to make or take assignment of supervised loans from other Consumer Credit organizations.
