Mortgage Lender

 A mortgage lender is an entity that takes an application for a residential mortgage loan, makes a residential mortgage loan or services a residential mortgage loan.

Mortgage Broker

A mortgage broker/lender is any entity who, for compensation or gain or in the expectation of compensation or gain takes a residential mortgage loan application or offers, negotiates or modifies the terms of a residential mortgage loan.

Mortgage Loan Originator

A mortgage loan originator modifies the terms of a residential mortgage loan.

Supervised Lender

This license allows a lender, as a business, to make or take assignment of supervised loans from other Consumer Credit organizations.

Pawnbroker

This license allows a business to take goods of value on receipt from the public, making loans against them as security.

Rental Purchase Lessor

This license allows a business to contract with individuals to provide the use of personal property for personal, family or household use in return for compensation.

Health Spa

This license allows a business to engage in a program of physical exercise as well as other health facilities.

Precious Metal & Gem Dealer

This license allows a business which has a permanent location in Oklahoma to take, receive, or transfer USED precious metals or gems in the course of business.

Credit Service Organization

This license allows a business to work with individuals to improve their credit history, record or rating, or to obtain an extension of credit for those individuals.

Consumer Litigation Funder

This license allows a person to enter into a consumer litigation funding agreement with a consumer.

Notification Filing

Allows payments on purchases or services to be made in four or more installments.

Oklahoma Small Lender

This license allows a person to engage in the business of making small loans in this state.
