1. The Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) can help people with developmental disabilities or disabilities that happen later in life. DRS has offices across the state. This should be the first stop for training resources for people with disabilities.

The Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) helps with employment, life skills, and support. DRS helps Oklahomans with disabilities succeed in the workplace, school, and at home.
DRS is comprised of five program divisions, Vocational Rehabilitation, Visual Services, Disability Determination, Oklahoma School for the Blind and Oklahoma School for the Deaf. These divisions operate dozens of programs that help Oklahomans lead more independent and productive lives.
- Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR): Employment services for people with any disability, except blindness or diabetes.
- Division of Visual Services (DVS): Employment and independent living services for people who are blind, visually impaired or have diabetes.
- Disability Determination Division: Determines medical eligibility for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
- Oklahoma School for the Deaf: Educational programs for children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Oklahoma School for the Blind: Educational programs for children who are blind or visually impaired.

The Dale Rogers Training Center offers vocational training for people with or without Medicaid waiver funding. There are a few different programs to help people begin working.

Goodwill offers paid, on-going, job coaching support to participants with disabilities. Participants learn vocational skills in a work environment that will prepare them for competitive employment. Training varies from workshops to retail work, janitorial work, landscaping work and light maintenance work.
