Logan named ODOT District 6 Construction Engineer

Jon Logan was named Oklahoma Department of Transportation District 6 Construction Engineer in September 2021. In his new role, which consists of overseeing nine northwest Oklahoma counties, Logan handles all aspects of the division’s highway and bridge projects from construction to completion. He was the District 6 Maintenance Engineer prior to moving to Construction Engineer.

Logan joined ODOT in 1998 and worked more than 11 years at the Guymon Residency, first as an Engineer-in-Training and then as an Assistant Resident Engineer. He was promoted to District 6 Maintenance Engineer in 2010.

Logan holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Oklahoma State University. He and his wife, Shawna, live in Woodward and have two children. He also serves on the Woodward Education Foundation board, a role he has been in for the past five years. He enjoys golfing, working on old vehicles and four-wheel riding in the mountains. He is a member of First United Methodist Church in Woodward.
