This seminar is designed to be a dynamic two-day interactive event that presents participants with core concepts of leadership development. As attendees are made aware of their own individual abilities, this training will guide participants on how to apply their own individual strengths toward learning how to influence and lead others. Stan Florence, facilitator and presenter, brings a broad background of city, county and state government experience in criminal justice. His expertise has been focused on management and leadership development, both in the professional and educational levels. His style of presentation encourages participant participation with practical exercises that focusing on his experience for over four decades. Those who attend this seminar will be provided with information and practical application principles that attendees can begin utilizing immediately.
