Basic Patrol Rifle School
Description
The Basic Patrol Rifle School through lecture, demonstration, class discussion and live fire range exercises, will teach basic marksmanship with the Patrol Carbine and prepare the student to be able to demonstrate safe utilization of the Patrol Carbine. This course will provide the student with the range instruction necessary to effectively deploy a rifle from a variety of ranges and positions. This class will cover but not be limited to basic shooting fundamentals, positions, malfunction clearance drills, weapon transitions to pistol, reloading, shooting from cover, and vehicle deployment. The purpose of this course is to provide you with the basic fundamentals of the patrol rifle. 750 Carbine rounds, 100 handgun rounds.
