Minimum Requirements
• Must be 21 or Over
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
• No felony conviction and/or crimes of moral turpitude or Domestic Violence.
• Ability to work day-shift, night-shift, weekends and holiday’s
• Ability to Operate a two-way Radio, Ability to Read and Understand and Interpret Ordinance, Laws and Statutes and other operating procedures and communication orally and in writing.
• Ability to deal effectively with the public using tact and diplomacy, and remain calm in emergency situation.
• Ability to make split second decisions that could affect the wellbeing of the public, Department, fellow employee's, as well as the officer's safety.
• Ability to investigate Crimes and complete Reports.
• Ability to perform Patrol Duties in a population area of 1200 citizen with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
• Position requires monitoring and enforcement of the criminal and traffic laws. Work requires responsibility to react in a thorough and professional manner.
