Beckham County Sheriff’s Office is now accepting applications for the following positions:
- Full-time, CLEET-Certified Field Deputy
- Full-time CLEET-Certified Investigator
We are seeking currently certified law-enforcement officers who are reliable people of integrity to join us in our mission of service to Beckham County.
Requirements and Benefits
The successful candidate will be currently CLEET certified, at least 21 years of age, and a person of good standing, reputation and character with no criminal record. The applicant must be able to remain calm in high stress situations, be capable of good judgment and have a strong work ethic and ability to self-motivate.
Strong report-writing and organizational skills are a must.
Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening and a full background investigation. Work schedules will consist of 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and emergency call-outs.
