Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver’s License
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Current CLEET Certification
• Must pass background investigation (no felony convictions)
• Must pass physical exam, and MMPI
• Required to complete field training program

Key Responsibilities

Summary:
Performs frontline law enforcement duties including patrol, response, investigation, and community engagement. Maintains public safety through proactive policing and ethical conduct.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Patrols assigned areas to deter and detect criminal activity
• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls for service
• Conducts traffic stops, investigations, and arrests
• Prepares detailed reports and provides courtroom testimony
• Engages with the public to build trust and address concerns
• Upholds departmental values and legal standard

Salary/Compensation

$18.00 hourly
