• Must be at least 21 years of age
• United States citizen
• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred
• CLEET-certified Peace Officer or able to obtain certification
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and medical/psychological evaluation
• No felony convictions or domestic violence–related offenses
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with the public
• Willingness to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Patrol assigned areas to deter and respond to criminal activity
• Enforce state and local laws while providing professional public service
• Conduct traffic stops, accident investigations, and initial crime scene response
• Prepare accurate reports and testify in court as needed
• Assist during emergencies and support other law enforcement agencies
