Crescent is a small agricultural community with approximately 1500 residents. The city is located about a half hour north of the Edmond / North Oklahoma City area with Highway 74 running through the middle of Crescent, the city has more than 6000 motorists pass through daily. Crescent Police Officers are expected to be community oriented and to be comfortable working in a small-town rural environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Full-Time Peace Officer Certification
- Must be a citizen of the United States
- 21 - 45 years of age at time of hire
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to pass MMPI Evaluation
- Be in good physical condition
- Valid Drivers License
- Pass background investigation
- Pre employment drug screening
- Good moral character
- Suitable emotional stability
- Available to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Candidates should expect a range of $31,200 - $35,360 annually
