Minimum Requirements
Pass police pension physical.
Ager 21-45 unless formerly in police pension system.
Acceptable driving record.
C.L.E.E.T. certification perfered however not required.
Must be U.S. citizen.
No felony convictions, prior protective orders, domestic violence incidents, or other crimes of a violent nature.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Key Responsibilities
SRO: patrol school's, respond to calls of service on school grounds, creat good working relationship's with all school emplyee's, connect and work well with students, respond to call's in Calumet as needed.
Patrol: patrol Calumet City limits, work well in small town enviroment, respond to calls of service.
