Thomas Comstock

- Thomas Comstock has a broad and accomplished background in mental health and crisis care, with experience spanning psychiatric hospitals, the Department of Human Services, and the Office of Juvenile Affairs. He also served for 24 years with the Stillwater, Oklahoma Police Department, where his law enforcement career focused on K9 services and narcotic investigations. During his time with the department, he also served as a CLEET State Drug Dog Evaluator, reflecting his specialized expertise in this area.
- After retiring from the Stillwater Police Department, Thomas joined GRAND Mental Health as an outpatient therapist and quickly advanced to his current role as Director of Crisis Services. In this leadership capacity, he oversees all crisis operations and staff across northeastern and north central Oklahoma, including seven 24/7 behavioral health Urgent Recovery Centers, with more centers in development.
- Thomas is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, holding a Master of Social Work from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Social Work from East Central University of Oklahoma.
