Executive Director Holli Witherington

  • Holli Witherington is the Executive Director of Brandon Whitten Institute for Addiction & Recovery, the Pontotoc County Drug Free Communities Grant Program, the Regional Mental Health Awareness Training Grant Program, the ECU Campus Suicide, Opioid, & Stimulant Prevention Grants, and a Counseling Instructor in the Department of Professional Program & Human Services at East Central University.
  • She is also a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Board Approved Supervisor, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Certified Prevention Specialist in Oklahoma, as well as a trainer in multiple mental health and substance abuse curriculums.
  • Holli received her bachelor’s degree in 2004 in Criminal Justice Adult Corrections and her Master’s degree in 2008 in Education: School Counseling from East Central University.
  • Holli has previously served on the Oklahoma Board for Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors and as a Subject Matter Expert for the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium.
  • She presently serves on the Addiction & Behavioral Health Center Board of Directors.
  • Holli is married with two dogs.
