Chief Jeremy McGill

  • Jeremy McGill is a veteran of the United States Army, serving active duty at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma, Camp Casey Korea, and Ft. Hood Texas.
  • He has an associate’s degree from Redlands Community College in Criminal Justice and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in Organizational Leadership.
  • He started his law enforcement career in 1998 with the Iowa Tribe Police Department. He has held several roles throughout his career including patrol, senior deputy, gang investigator, Lieutenant, Assistant Chief, and Chief of Police in municipal, Tribal, and Sheriff’s office settings. He returned to the Iowa Tribe Police Department in 2014 where he currently serves as the Chief of Police.
