DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT APPLICATIONS
The Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy has been accepting applications for the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Supplier license and the Medical Gas Distributor & Durable Medical Equipment Supplier license since November 1, 2022.
