Annual Financial Report

An annual audit of the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is required by §69-1720, §74-212A and the OTA’s Trust Agreement. The Trust Agreement defines qualified accountants as 'an independent firm of certified public accountants of recognized ability and national standing.
