The OTA Family is a diverse and driven team working to make Oklahoma a Top 10 State.
Improving Oklahoma’s Infrastructure
Given the vast discipline demands of our organization and industry, many IT Administrators, Accountants, Customer Service Representatives, Analysts, Marketing and Communications Professionals, Auditors, Engineers and other Support Staff have found a career home in working at OTA.
Partnering with others, we provide our customers with a choice of a safe, convenient, efficient, user-funded transportation network focusing on fiscal responsibility and promoting economic development.
Employees at the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority and their dependents are eligible for a variety of benefits including:
- Generous Benefit Allowance
- Employee Health Insurance
- Dental Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Disability Insurance
- Vision Insurance Plans
- Annual Leave
- Sick Leave
- Eleven Paid Holidays
- Retirement Plans
- Employee Assistance Programs
- Longevity Bonuses
Together, we’re working on the big picture – something much larger than any one individual effort: efficient, convenient and safe infrastructure for transportation throughout the state of Oklahoma via our vast turnpike system.
Diversity & Inclusion
The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is an equal opportunity employer. The OTA embraces diversity, fosters inclusion and believes everyone is entitled to arrive to work each day as their authentic selves. Diversity and Inclusion isn’t limited to corporate staff. We believe it extends beyond the bounds of headquarters and toll booths to vendors and other outside contractors as a way to better serve and represent our customer base.
Training & Development
Good training and development programs are imperative to retaining members of the OTA Team. There are many opportunities to attend conferences, continue education and build/diversify your skillset while working at OTA. But It’s not just about retention. We believe employee training and development directly impacts any organization’s bottom line. According to SHRM, the link between learning and business success is compelling. “Companies that learn fastest and adapt well to changing environments perform the best over time,” says Edward Hess, a professor of business administration and author. The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority has always been a leader in this industry, constructing the first turnpike west of Pennsylvania in the early 1950s. Since that time, we strive to develop workforce talent while expanding the turnpike system.
