2024 Authority Meeting

The Authority consists of the Governor (ex-officio) and six appointed members serving without pay from districts and for terms established in the state statute. The Authority members constitute a governing board and the vote of a majority of the members is necessary for any action taken by the Authority. OTA's operations must comply with the trust agreements that establish the terms and conditions of turnpike revenue bonds issued for the construction of turnpike projects.
