DESCRIPTION:
This license allows a person to enter into a consumer litigation funding agreement with a consumer.

TIME FRAME TO ISSUE:
The approval process for this license requires up to 60 days to complete.

FEES:
The total fee for this license is $290.00.

PREREQUISITES:
The business must have a $50,000 surety bond or irrevocable letter of credit.
