Legal Services provides legal advice and representation to Oklahoma Human Services administrative and program activities. Legal Services units include: Child Welfare Services and Adoptions: Community Living, Aging and Protective Services; Litigation; Office of Administrative Hearings: Child Support; Office of Administrative Hearings - Appeals; Office of Public Guardian; Policy and Benefits; and Rules and Policy.

You may file something in your case by delivering, mailing, or emailing to OAH. Do not file anything in OAH that you plan to use as an exhibit in your hearing.
Anything that you want to "file" in OAH or use as an "exhibit" at your hearing from your computer, phone or tablet must be in PDF format.
You were sent an Order Setting Hearing or a Notice of Hearing with the hearing date and time. On that same paper are instructions for sending exhibits to your Child Support Services (CSS) office email.
All Office of Administrative Hearings: Child Support (“OAH”) hearings before a judge are done by video/phone calls. OAH uses Microsoft Teams to create a meeting that everyone will join.
