How to Upload Documents to OK Benefits
If you have a child support case and need to send a document to us, you can use the "Upload Document" feature on our Okbenefits website by clicking the menu button at the top left of the page.
NOTE: Users will first need to create an account on the OKBenefits website before using this feature. Once you have created an account, check that it is correctly tied to your child support case by accessing “My Services” followed by “Child Support Services.” If you do not see your child support case listed, you will need to contact the helpdesk at 405-522-5050 to get your account linked up to your case.
A box will open with menu options. Select the "My Uploads" option.
This will pull up a list of any documents that you have already sent to OKDHS. There is a search bar in the upper right corner that you can use to verify that a document was uploaded. You will not be able to view the documents once they are uploaded to the website.
To upload a document, click on the Upload Document button at the bottom right of the page.
A new box will pop up for you to upload your document. Only one document at a time may be uploaded. You will need to repeat Steps 1-5 below to upload each document. Each document can be up to 5 MB in size (You will receive an error message if you attempt to upload a document larger than this). Documents must be saved on the device that you are using to access the website.
- Click on the drop-down arrow and select the type of document you are uploading.
2. On the Document Description line, enter a brief description of the document.
3. Click on the upload button. This will open the file explorer on the device that you are using.
4. Locate the document and click on it one time. This will put the name in the File name box. Click the Open button. This will pull the document into the website.
5. Then click the Upload button.
The Upload Documents box will disappear, and you will receive a message that the upload was successful.
If you refresh the page, the document will now show in your My Uploads list. The document has now been sent to OKDHS.
