Child Support Services: Case Information Log-In

Child Support Payment Inquiry System

To access the Child Support Payment Inquiry System, log in on the OKDHS Secure Customer Information Sign In page. Customers must use a 9-digit OKDHS Customer ID and a 6-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).

If you have questions about viewing Payment Information or problems logging in, please read our Frequently Asked ID and PIN Questions.

If you do not have an OKDHS Customer ID (not your case number) or PIN, please e-mail your district CSS office (List of CSS Offices) to request your OKDHS ID and/or PIN. One OKDHS ID is issued for each person, not each case. If you have three separate child support cases, your OKDHS ID will be the same for each case. Include your full name, current mailing address and CSS FGN (case #) in your e-mail.

Users of WebTV (all providers including AOLTV, Microsoft, etc.) are unable to access this system due to the way WebTV handles secure websites.

Scheduled System Maintenance  

Regular scheduled maintenance occurs every Thursday night at 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. During this time, the system is unavailable. If you experience problems other than these times, please contact Web Support.
