2. Not for Emergency Assistance or Reporting

Hope is not intended for emergency assistance or for reporting abuse or neglect. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911. Hope cannot be used for reporting abuse or neglect, submitting forms, managing cases, or receiving personalized assistance.

3. Nature of the Service

Hope is a generative AI-powered chatbot designed to assist users with information and inquiries related to Oklahoma Human Services. It is continually undergoing development, testing, and improvement. As a result:

• Responses may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or incomplete guidance.
• The system may experience unexpected errors, downtimes, or functionality changes.
• Feedback from users is encouraged to help refine and improve Hope.

While we strive to ensure accuracy, responses generated by Hope may be incomplete, outdated, inapplicable, or incorrect. Your use of Hope is at your own discretion and risk.
