Except for authorized law enforcement information, no other attempts are made to identify personal information regarding users.

Tampering with the OKDHS Web site is against the law. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this site are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under Oklahoma state and/or U.S. federal law.

If you use this system, you should understand that all activities might be monitored and recorded. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring.
