Security Policy
Persons using the Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA) website agree to access and use the site for only lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of, and adherence to, any and all laws, statutes, rules, and regulations pertaining to your use of the OJA Web site.
OJA protects the integrity of its telecommunications and information technology infrastructure using several methods, including but not limited to authentication, monitoring, auditing, and encryption. In order to ensure that the website remains available to all users, OJA uses software to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. This software collects no information that would directly identify individuals, but it does collect information that could help us identify someone attempting to tamper with this website. Except for authorized law enforcement information, no other attempts are made to identify personal information regarding users.
Tampering with the OJA website is against the law. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this site are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under Oklahoma state and/or U.S. federal law.
If you use this system, you should understand that all activities might be monitored and recorded. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring.
WARNING – If such monitoring reveals possible evidence of criminal activity, monitoring records may be provided to law enforcement officials.
