The Oklahoma State Advisory Group on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (SAG) is excited to welcome two new members, Michalann Clark and Hezekiah Davis. Their appointment reflects Oklahoma’s ongoing commitment to improving delinquency services and strengthening the state's juvenile justice system.
Both Clark and Davis bring critical lived experience to the board, reinforcing the advisory group’s mission to foster positive outcomes and elevate youth perspectives across Oklahoma.
"I am beyond honored to receive this appointment and join a group of advocates who truly care about creating change," said Michalann Clark. "I know firsthand how deeply these systems can impact a young person’s life, and it is empowering to now have the opportunity to help elevate young people’s voices. I look forward to using my lived experience to strengthen prevention and create better outcomes for Oklahoma’s youth. Thank you to Governor Stitt for this opportunity."

The addition of Clark and Davis marks a collaborative step forward for SAG as it continues to drive strategic prevention programs and youth justice advocacy statewide.
