We’ve updated our process to make it easier and more efficient for you to register and apply to bid on new Bid Openings.
Step 1 - New Users
If this is your first time using the new process, please use the “Registration” link listed below. Once approved, you may proceed to the “Registered Users” link.
***Please note that you only need to register once. After being approved, you will go directly to the “Registered Users” link.***
Step 2 - Registered Users
Once your registration has been confirmed, you may click on the “Registered Users” link below to select the upcoming Bid Openings you’d like to apply for.
***Please note that after submitting for the upcoming Bid Openings, we will review your submission. If your submission is approved, your payment transaction will be processed, and you will receive a receipt via email. If, for some reason, your submission is not approved, your payment transaction will not be processed.***
