Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)
Supportive Services: On-Boarding Program
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation's (ODOT) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) On-Boarding program is designed primarily for newly certified DBEs. These briefings are conducted quarterly with the Civil Rights Division staff. However, the program is open to all other DBEs on a scheduled basis.
The program is an orientation briefing over the program areas within the Contract Compliance Division. The program also includes a tour of ODOT's building to familiarize the DBEs with the locations of the offices that interact with their businesses. New DBE's will be contacted and scheduled for the On-Boarding program by the Supportive Services Coordinator. Current DBEs that are interested in participating in the On-Boarding program, and/or those that have inquiries should contact the Civil Rights Division at 405-521-3186.
