Chelsea Childs was named the Office of Innovation Division Manager for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation in June 2026. In that position, she will oversee Research, Third-Party Solutions and business process improvement initiatives.

Chelsea joined ODOT in 2023 as part of the Office of Innovation and has played a key role in leading ODOT’s SharePoint intranet transition and public website redesign. In addition, she has contributed to agency reporting, knowledge management and several on-going strategic initiatives within the Office of Innovation.

Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Journalism in Professional Writing from the University of Oklahoma.
