You may be able to submit an Attestation.

If there are only a limited number of courses (1 or 2) over 32 Contact Hours, the Entity may submit an Attestation to the Board agreeing to limit the offering of each course to no more than 3 times a year in order to request to apply as a seminar.

Later, if circumstances change, the Seminar is required to return to the OBPVS to convert the License to a School-type.
