Some still-open Schools or other Schools licensed by the OBPVS before the School’s closure placed Transcripts with another vendor www.parchment.com For some, a direct LINK to the Vendor is available, as shown, below. It is legal in Oklahoma for a Vendor to charge a reasonable fee to fill a Transcript order. The fee depends on the Transcript delivery method you chose that ranges from on-line ONLY to regular mail to expedited mail/courier.
Key to the listings
1. Schools shown with an asterisk ( * ) are held at Parchment under a SINGLE former Corporate Headquarters city (not Tulsa or Oklahoma City) for ALL campuses. The city’s name may not be familiar to you.
2. For Schools shown with a number sign ( # ), the OBPVS has a procedure to perform a double-check if Parchment notifies you a Transcript can’t be found. But you must FIRST give Parchment up to 10 business days to process your request. The OBPVS will then ask you to forward the Parchment emails you received to start the process.
3. Lastly, for some other Schools an additional Link called “3rd Party” is provided. That Link is for direct use by Employers, successor Schools, or Verification Companies.

If your former School is not listed as having Transcripts with Parchment or Verif-Y, contact the OBPVS. Use angela.moore@obpvs.ok.gov or telephone 405/528-3370, Ext, 21 on week days. The Agency may know of another route to obtain your Transcript.
