Transcripts Recently Moved to a Commercial Vendor – Effective 3/12/2026, the Transcripts for the following Oklahoma Colleges/Schools will NO LONGER be issued by the OBPVS. Instead, those are now held by Verif-Y, a commercial vendor.
LaVie College & Wellness Spa (Edmond, OK), All years.
Performance Training Institute (Florida On-Line School ONLY for Oklahomans)
Virginia College (Tulsa, OK), All years
Wright Career Colleges (OKC or Tulsa) - only Enrollments Starts in/after Aug. 2007.

For enrollments before August 2007 at a Tulsa or Oklahoma City Wright Business School or Wright Career College, contact the OBPVS directly for Closed School letter or possible other actions. Please use email: angela.moore@obpvs.ok.gov
Vendors charge a reasonable fee to fill a Transcript order. The Fee depends on how you want the Transcript to be transmitted ranging from on-line ONLY to regular mail or expedited mailing or courier service.
If Verif-Y is unable to locate your Transcript through any of its established multiple steps: a) You will be notified, b) You will NOT be charged, and c) Verif-Y will alert you to possible “Authentication” steps the OBPVS may next be able to take to assist you if you still hold prior, pertinent student records.
